This program is designed to assist candidates prepare for success when enrolling into the statutory certification examination undertaken in the Mines Statutory Positions Portal (MSPP) with the Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS).

Candidates will be provided unlimited access to our online self-test portal where they can practice a suite of exam preparation questions.
Candidates will be provided with a hard copy of the WHS Act 2020 and WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 which they will be allowed to bring with them to the exam.
Candidates can study online using their own device, when they want, where they want whilst receiving instant feedback on performance.
The Preparation Course for the DMIRS Law Exam is non accredited. There are no formal assessments to complete.
Upon successful completion participants will receive a Statement of Attendance.
